How do I place an order? Select an item and then choose the desired size, color and quantity. The products then appear in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen for an overview of the order. You can make changes here if necessary, or proceed to checkout.

The benefits of an account It is possible to create an account with By Fay. There are many benefits to this, such as viewing previous orders and access to our exclusive launches and updates. Your address will also be saved, allowing you to pay more quickly.

What payment options are there? You can pay at By Fay via iDeal, PayPal, Alipay, afterwards with Klarna, with a Mastercard, VISA and American Express credit card or with the By Fay Giftcard. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
