How do I place an order?

Select an item and then choose the desired size, color, and quantity. The products will then appear in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen for an overview of your order. You can make changes here if necessary, or proceed to checkout.

The benefits of an account

It is possible to create an account with By Fay. This has many advantages, such as viewing previous orders and access to our exclusive launches and updates. Your address will also be saved, allowing you to check out faster.

What payment methods are available?

At By Fay, you can pay via iDeal, PayPal, Alipay, afterpay with Klarna, with a credit card from Mastercard, VISA, and American Express, or with the By Fay Giftcard. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Cancelling a treatment

Cancellation and/or rescheduling of your appointment can only be done by emailing support@byfay.nl or by calling 010 226 94 75. Do you need to reschedule your appointment? No worries, you can reschedule the treatment free of charge, provided you notify us 48 hours before the start of your treatment via support@byfay.nl or by phone at 010 226 94 75. A refund is unfortunately not possible.
