- What exactly does the Aquafacial do?
No more sand-grabbing, as with microdermabrasion, but a very effective mild form of hydradermabrasion with unique serums. 3-STEP TREATMENT
1. CLEANSING + PEELING
We will loosen and remove the dead skin cells so that the dull appearance disappears and your products can be better absorbed. We peel the skin with a liquid based on glycolic acid and salicylic acid. Glycolic acid works well on improving the structure of the skin, such as large pores and fine lines and wrinkles. Salicylic acid is the only acid that can penetrate into the pores to soften the sebum there, so that we can remove it properly in the next step.
2. EXTRACTIONS + HYDRATION
This step removes everything that does not belong in the pores. Think of black dots, excess sebum, dirt, sweat, make-up residue, etc. You will also see this in the waste bin at the end of the treatment.
3. ENCLOSURE + PROTECT
As a final step, we close the pores again and inject the health cocktail for the skin. This health cocktail consists of hyaluronic acid, peptides and antioxidants. So we will hydrate, have an anti-aging effect and protect the skin against harmful external influences.
