Cancelling & Modifying Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or cancelled.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Byfay is not accepting returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order is damaged, or defective you may fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. 

 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Byfay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Report it to your local Police Department if you spot a theft.

 

Missing Items

Check your email to see if you received a notification that your order is being split into multiple shipments. If you did not receive an email and your order is indeed missing item(s) please contact our Customer Service department.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address. FREE shipping will only be applied to U.S. orders totaling $99 per order. Combining separate orders totaling $99 will not be applicable.

 

Restricted Items

Certain items, such as the Byfay pH bonder and the Byfay  Non-Acidic Primer which can be found in our Byfay Gel-X Nail Extension Kits are considered restricted items. These items will potentially take additional time to arrive when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Internationally.

 

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Après warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card will still be charged for the full order.

 

Tracking Orders

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on Apresnail.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Sales & Promotions

Follow us on Instagram  subscribe to our email list to receive notifications on upcoming sales and promotions. All sales prices will be honored during the duration of the sale. Once the sale is ends, items will be charged at full price. Sales price does not apply to items that are out of stock.

What is the Byfay Reward Program?

The Byfay Rewards Program is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem those points for rewards.
